2. Event Rescheduling:

2.2 If the event is rescheduled, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email, phone, or through the Website.

2.3 In the case of rescheduling, your registration will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled event date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, please contact us within two weeks of the reschedule announcement to discuss the alternatives available.

2.4 We shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by you in relation to the original event date, such as travel or accommodation arrangements, as we do not provide compensation for such expenses.

3. Cancellation and Refunds:

3.1 In the event of cancellation of the event by us, you will be entitled to a refund, subject to any applicable cancellation fees or policies as outlined during the registration process.

3.2 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method used during registration.

3.3 We shall not be liable for any other expenses or damages incurred by you as a result of event cancellation.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

6.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE and India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UAE and India.
